Telegram has reached a partnership with xAI, securing $300 million in cash and equity.
Gate News bot reports that according to Wu Shuo, Telegram founder Pavel Durov announced that Telegram has signed a one-year cooperation protocol with xAI. According to the protocol, Telegram will integrate and distribute Grok to its users within the application. In return, xAI provides Telegram with $300 million in cash and equity, while Telegram receives a 50% share of the subscription revenue from xAI sales through its platform.
