Fold Holdings signs a $250 million stock subscription protocol, plans to increase its Bitcoin holdings.
Gate News bot message, Bitcoin financial service company Fold Holdings has signed a $250 million stock subscription agreement. According to the agreement, Fold Holdings has the autonomy to issue and sell up to $250 million of newly issued common stock upon meeting certain conditions. The company stated that the net proceeds will primarily be used to increase Bitcoin in Fold's corporate treasury.
