BlockBeats news, on July 18, Logan Payne, a lawyer from Winston & Strawn law firm focusing on the cryptocurrency field, analyzed the three upcoming cryptocurrency bills and stated that the GENIUS bill may bring uncertainty to how DeFi platforms handle stablecoins. 'How GENIUS will affect DeFi, at least for now, we have intentionally left some mysteries unresolved, and there will still be a lot of uncertainty in the future. However, under the overall policy environment, if this trend continues, we will gradually get some answers over time,' Payne said. 'More legislation will be introduced in the coming years, and some regulations will be enacted to fill some gaps in the DeFi field.'
