Odaily Star Daily News According to the ETH community's call to increase the maximum Gas limit allowed to be spent in a single ETH block, the proportion of ETH validators supporting the increase in network Gas limit has risen to 10%, while before December, the proportion of validators supporting the increase in Gas limit was only slightly higher than 1%. Eric Connor, a core developer of ETH, said that increasing the Gas limit can reduce Money Launderingdrop by 15% to 33%. Emmanuel Awosika, Creative Director of 2077 Collective, also emphasized the benefits this brings to developers, pointing out that the current Gas limit may hinder the deployment of high-demand applications. However, some people warn community members to be cautious when increasing the Gas limit, as this may pose a serious threat to the stability and security of the network. (Cointelegraph)
