Armenia states that a draft peace protocol with Azerbaijan has been agreed upon and is awaiting signature.

On March 20, Jinshi Data reported that Armenian Prime Minister Pashinyan stated on social media that "a peace agreement draft between Armenia and Azerbaijan has been reached and is awaiting signature. I proposed to Azerbaijani President Aliyev to engage in joint consultations on signing the agreed peace agreement draft." The day before, Pashinyan had stated that he issued clear instructions to the Armenian Ministry of Defense not to violate the ceasefire agreement. Pashinyan emphasized that Armenia is moving towards peace, not war.
