In a previous announcement, Ms. TSENG, CHI-LING was identified as the single largest shareholder of the seller HenLink, holding 27.69% of its equity; Mr. LIU, HSING-JIN and Mr. HO, TUNG-KUANG hold 26.60% and 11.89% of HenLink's equity, respectively.
