Soluna raises $5 million to accelerate the expansion of green data centers

[Coin World] Nasdaq-listed company Soluna Holdings, which develops green data centers for Bitcoin mining and other intensive computing applications, has announced a capital raise of $5 million through a private placement. This transaction is expected to be completed on July 17, after meeting customary closing conditions. A certain company is acting as the exclusive placement agent for this issuance. The new funds will be used to support its expansion of data center operations and for general corporate purposes.
