On May 1, 2025, MBG signed an agreement for the tokenization of physical assets (RWA) with the largest developer in the UAE, MAG, and the blockchain infrastructure provider Mavryk, which became the largest in the world, including the initial tokenization of real estate amounting to 3 billion dollars, with plans to expand to 10 billion dollars in the future.
Token functions
1 Trading discount: MBG token holders can receive a 50% discount on trading fees.
2 Preemptive Right of Purchase: when the platform launches new RWA projects or assets, holders of MBG tokens may have a preemptive right of purchase.
3 Governance voting: MBG token holders can vote on important decisions such as adding new types of assets and changing the rules for revenue distribution.
Tokenomics
1 Buyback and Burn: 20% of the platform's revenue will be used for the buyback and burn of MBG tokens. At the time of signing the agreement, the circulating supply of MBG is 120 million tokens, and the fully diluted market capitalization is approximately 360 million dollars.
2 Profit share: MBG token holders can additionally receive 10% of the profits.
Token issuance and trading
Release date: Token generation (TGE) will take place on July 22, 2025.
Trading venue: entrance to Gate and other exchanges.
