[U.S. Treasury significantly raises third quarter borrowing estimate] U.S. Treasury: Due to low cash levels at the beginning of the quarter, the third quarter borrowing estimate is $453 billion higher than the April forecast, raising the expected borrowing scale for July to September to $1.007 trillion. The net borrowing scale for October to December is expected to be $590 billion.
