Fed Collins: Deterioration of the labor market may trigger interest rate cuts

On August 22, the Fed's Collins stated that if the labor market outlook worsens, it may be appropriate to cut interest rates in the short term. We cannot wait until inflation is completely clear before considering a rate cut.
