$HNT gains more than 13% after confirming SEC’s Lawsuit Dismissal
$HNT, the core utility currency of the Helium ecosystem, is up more than 13% in the past 24hours, & currently trades around $2.982, with inflow of $4.42M, & trading volume of $1.52M, as per Gate.io chart.
Helium has recently confirmed that the SEC’s lawsuit alleging unregistered securities sales has been dismissed with prejudice. The case was originally Filed in January 2025, targeting the distribution of $HNT, MOBILE, & IOT tokens via Helium Hotspots. The dismissal confirms that the distributions are not securities, & the SEC cannot refile the same claims.
