This will facilitate the construction of a truly private and Decentralization Gnosis VPN based on the HOPR mixnet. Voting on this proposal closes on April 23. The GIP-98 proposal is divided into two phases: the first is the development of a set of VPN libraries and the Gnosis VPN browser extension, which will allow users to securely access Gnosis Dapps through a browser without revealing IP Address and geolocation; In addition, as a return on investment, GnosisDAO will receive HOPR Token with a 30% discount.
